Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Orders are processed as they are received. The items are created from a print on demand company. Money from the order has to be cleared before the item is produced. This usually takes 3 business days. Once that has occurred the order will be submitted to print which take approximately 2.5 days to create. Total processing time is approximately 6 business days. That does NOT include shipping time. We ship with standard shipping which is 2-5 business days. Please be aware that once your order is placed it may take up to 8-10 Business days for you to receive your order. If you need an item by a particular time frame please order 2 weeks in advance.

It is very important to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items shipping to the wrong address if the information was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Item shipping times and rates vary depending on location. We Currently only ship to the United States, however we will keep our wonderful customers up to date when we expand to worldwide shipping.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We will use USPS or UPS to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

All orders are subject to processing times that are separate from shipping times. Depending on a number of factors, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days to process before they are shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are not eligible for return are the following:

Jewelry
Swimwear

Should you need to return the item you are responsible for the return shipping. A refund will only be issued after the items have been inspected. We reserve the right after inspection to refuse a return if it does not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date you received it if they are in unworn condition. Exchanges have to be for the same item, It cannot be for a different item or anything of equal or lesser value. It must be for the exact item purchased. The shipping costs for returning the item to us is your responsibility, however we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.
